Simplicity

The simpleness of bolts, taken in class and with minor edits. I changed it into black and white; also enhanced the sharpness in the photo.

The aluminum foil reflected off the bolts nicely, in both lighting and mirror-like from the bolts. I changed it to black and white and focused on the first few bolts and had the others a little bit more blurry. Just to focus on the few main bolts.

I used the mirror to get two different angles from the curved bolts. It worked out pretty well and edited to black and white, enhanced the shadows and clarity.

On my way to Walnut Creek

A regular day on the bus, being guided towards home by leading light and lines.

My weekend trip around town, the sun almost makes the poles silhouette. I've adjusted the exposure slightly and contrast.

While I was visiting family in San Diego, I took the chance to visit a fairly large museum/garden area. It was interesting to find flowers that grew and blossomed pointing towards the ground. Looking at this photo I felt as if nothing has to grow the same way to be unique, that kind of goes for both people and flowers.

College park Junior Varsity football game, I love taking sports pictures because it gives me the chance to capture intense moments or school pride such as this one. As number 31 gives a thumbs up after making a touchdown to the crowd and his couch, the crowd cheers our falcons to victory. I just was lucky to get this shot from sheer timing, but I'm glad I did.

ceramic sculpting

This is my dominant element photo because it shows the ceramic detail in the makings of the vase. I chose this photo because it shows detail with the use of the sculpting tool. It made my top three because of the shadowing and texture look from the clay.

In this photo, its off centered and has some guided lines from the hall way. I chose this photo because I didn't feel as if it needed to be edited that much. This made my top 3 because i felt as if it stood out compared to my other photos somehow.
